"First of all, Alicia does a great job of managing this building. She is an incredibly nice person and cares about any concerns the residents may have. Know that you'll be in good hands if you choose to live here! We lived on the top floor of the north tower, which is the 12-story cement building. Our east view let in an ample amount of light (got direct sunlight until about 1pm in July and August). Biggest pros of this building: The location is great. Easy LRT access if you need it. Close to tons of services/restaurants, and on 108 St, which is a super quiet street. The gym is among the best gyms I've ever seen in an apartment. Plenty of space and an abundance of brand new equipment for weight training and cardio. The units all seem very new (becaue they are) and have been thoroughly laid out. There are two lounges: one right next to the lobby (which is also very nice) and one on the rooftop with a huge outdoor patio and BBQs. The parkade is secure and spacious. There is fibre optic cable in the building meaning faster internet speeds than normal. The price and square footage of the units is among the best value in Edmonton. I think I can only really think of one con to this building: lots of younger prople which is great, but on our floor that sometimes lead to some party noise. "
"My experience moving into Huntington Place was quite amazing. Though I was out of town, the manager (Ashley) was able to do a virtual tour for me to view the apartment. Since I have moved in, any concen that was brought up has been resolved right away in 24 hours or less. Ashely is easy to talk to; responding to my text messages within an hour and answering phone calls right away. The building is always clean and definitely secure. Huntitngton Place is a wonderful place to be so thank you to Ahsley for creating that environment. "
"Amazing service!! Right from the beginning of my search, Zoey was phenomenal and very easy to communicate with. She was patient and took into account all of my needs and concerns so that I was satisfied with every aspect of my new home. The property is very nice and has great amenities but the reassurance of Zoey being my point of contact for any issues or concerns was a major deciding factor. There is nothing worse than a complacent property manager and you definitely won't find that here. "
"I have been in the building for 10 years! Best thing is the easy access to 124 St that has great places to eat and go shopping. The friendly management (Antonia) gets things done when needed. There has been issues but that is to be expected with a building constructed in the late 60s. Overall though, it has been the best experience for me "
"I would love to thank Jesus and May who are the new managers of the building. They have been on top of their game in regards to responding to us on time and getting maintenance done right away. The building is always clean and they are always friendly and welcoming greeting everyone with a smile. In the two years I have lived here, this is the best set of managers I have had.
